French Pay-DTT Faces Challenges

An investigation by Tele Satellite has shown that French broadcasters are ‘no longer allowing’ viewers to subscribe to their paid services from the pay-DTT platform. Instead, viewers are directed to IPTV, satellite and other platforms. In addition, several broadcasters have requested that their pay-TV services be moved to the FTA DTT platform.
