Wearable Growth Will Exceed 175% in Germany

A Samsung-commissioned survey by Germany’s Centre for Retail Research estimates that wearable sales in the country will equal €465 million during the end-of-year shopping season. The figure represents more than a 177% rise. 965,600 units will be sold. Smartwatches will see the largest growth (614.5%), from 75,000 in 2013 to about 545,000.
