A leaked video transcript, apparently from Apple SVP Angela Ahrendts, shows that the Apple Watch will not be launched until spring next year. Until this point speculation had been for a February release. 9to5Mac posted the transcript, in which Ahrendts tells employees to conserve their energy for the upcoming shopping seasons: “We’re going into the holidays, we’ll go into Chinese New Year, and then we’ve got a new watch launch coming in the spring”.
