Apple Watch Processor Orders Taken by Samsung

Sources in the Asian supply chain say that Samsung has secured orders for processors for the Apple Watch, using its 28nm technology. The orders require 3,000 – 4,000 12″ wafers monthly. The processor will be housed in Apple’s S system-in-package, supposedly produced by Advanced Semiconductor Engineering.
