Flextronics to Buy Mirror Controls International

Flextronics has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Mirro Controls International (MCi) from private quity firm Egeria, in an all cash transaction which values its share capital at €457 million. MCi manufactures glass and powerfold mirror actuators for the automotive market, with three manufacturing facilities in China, Mexico and Ireland.
