Nvidia recorded a net profit in the first quarter of the year of $134 million on turnover of $1.15 billion, which was little changed from the previous year’s Q1 result of a net profit of $137 million on turnover of $1.11 billion.

A survey released by TiVo has shown that the largest group of new ‘cord cutting’ customers are former satellite subscribers.
