Jabil Circuit increased its net revenue from $4.1 billion to $4.7 billion between fiscal Q4’14 and Q4’15. Net profit was $87.7 million, compared to a net loss of $26.2 million last year. Hillcrest Speeds Wearables to Market

Hillcrest Labs has unveiled a version of its control software for wearable devices. MotionEngine Wear manages sensors in wearables, tracks users’ activities and enables gesture control. Always-on sensing is enabled without compromising power, says Hillcrest, due to the company’s own algorithms. MotionEngine Wear is compatible with various system architectures and is OS-independent.
