Asus has reported a 2.4% YoY revenue increase in November, and a 21% increase MoM. The company’s consolidated revenues reached NT$50.1 billion ($1.5 billion). In the year-to-date, Asus has generated NT$431.2 billion ($13.2 billion), down 0.87% YoY.
The rumoured notebook from Xiaomi will be produced by Inventec, say Taiwanese supply chain sources. The product will be a 12.5″ model and will be produced at Inventec’s facility in Shanghai. Shipments are expected to begin in April. It will look similar to the Macbook Air and cost CNY3,000 ($470).
