Digitimes: MiniLED Pixel Pitch to be Reduced Even Further in 2019

Digitimes Research has predicted that miniLED pixel pitch could be reduced to between 0.4 and 0.5mm in 2019. The smallest miniLED pixel pitch achieved so far in 2018 is 0.75mm. Several panel-makers in Japan, Korea and Taiwan are now using miniLED backlighting in their high-end products, including Samsung and Sony.
