Anandtech has posted an article analysing the varying power consumption levels of Samsung’s AMOLED displays, in the Galaxy S4, S5, S5 LTE-A and S6. In the UK, Prestigio has signed a partnership with Game to launch various products across the retailer’s 320 stores. Devices which will be available include the Prestigio Grace X3 Multiphone and Prestigio Multipad 3017. Earlier this month, Prestigio also signed a deal with UK homeware retailer, Robert Dyas, to sell its flagship Android tablets.
China’s OnePlus has teased more information about its upcoming smartphone (OnePlus Plans Second Exclusive Handset), the OnePlus Two. On Twitter, the company announced that the phone would use a USB-C connector, incorporating special features developed by OnePlus.
The US Department of Justice has given its approval to Nokia Networks’ proposed merger with Alcatel-Lucent.
