Broadcast monitor specialist, TVLogic, said it would have three new high resolution, two (LUM-313G and LUM-318G, replacing the LUM-310A) with DCI 4K 4096 x 2160 resolution and one, the LUM-430M with UltraHD.
The DCI 4K monitors both have 31.1″ diagonal and have 350 cd/m² and 850 cd/m² of output, respectively. Contrast for both is 1,500:1 and other features are shared.
- Inputs include four BNCs (2 × 12G-SDI + 2 × 3G-SDI) and a HDMI 2.0 interface, it supports various video formats up to 4K/60p
- features include waveform monitor and vectorscope,
- HDR emulation functions support the PQ, HLG and SLog3 HDR EOTFs.
- More camera-specific HDR logs and gamuts will be supported by firmware updates.
The LUM-430M is an UltraHD monitor with 43″ diagonal and a ‘true 10 bit’ driver. It has 3G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 inputs.
The company will also show the LEM-550R 55″ OLED monitor that was shown at NAB last year.
As well as the LVM-171S which was shown last year, in the field monitor range, the company will show a new model, the LVM-241S. It’s TVLogic’s top QC-Grade 24” model with a 24″ IPS LCD panel with 1920 x 1200 (16:10) resolution. This monitor incorporates the same features as its 17” counterpart, including wide-gamut reproduction (up to DCI-P3), enhanced contrast ratio and wide viewing angles. A completely redesigned video processing unit provides improved dual-channel performance and is claimed to provide artefact-free image reproduction. Support for various cinema camera log-to-linear LUTs, field upgradability and an array of image processing features are standard.
