Wind Hellas has signed an agreement to use Zappware’s NeXX 4.0 cloud-based TV solution to launch multiscreen video service by the end of the year to Wind’s customers in Greece.
Zappware’s solution provides client software for Android-TV set-top-boxes, smartphones, tablets and web-browsers. Other features include linear and catch-up TV, network recordings and a VOD catalogue. The Android-TV set-top-box will be able to integrate third-party content and applications and be made available to Wind’s customers.
