IT Panel Pricing Flat in September and October

Sigmaintell has put out its latest pricing data for IT LCD panels for mainstream monitors and notebooks and sees basically flat pricing from August to September (changes of $0.1 to $0.2) while it is forecasting flat or very slight rises in October. Supply limits mean that borderless panels are still in tight supply.
