Ingram Micro is expanding its business in the Latin America market through the acquisition of Tech Data’s Peruvian and Chilean businesses. The acquisition, which closed on 16th March, is expected to add more than $270 million annually to Ingram Micro’s revenue. Financial details were not disclosed.
