Vizio Considering IPO
Vizio is considering an initial public offering and has asked a number of banks to submit proposals for the deal, which could take place later this year. According to reports, as Vizio has revenue of more than $1 billion, it is precluded from filing confidentially under the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act.
CEA Implements CES Cap After Record Attendance
Gary Shapiro, president of the Consumer Electronics Association, has announced that attendance at future editions of the Consumer Electronics Show will have a hard cap.
