Eutelsat reported full year 2016 net profit of €348.5 million ($390 million), down 2% YoY from €355.2 million ($398 million). Pay-TV broadcaster Sky reported a gain of 808,000 new customers in the past year. Churn is at 11.2%, and has been blamed on price increases and fewer discounts offered to renewing customers.
