Ingram Takeover Still Needs Approval

The deal under which Ingram Micro will be taken over by Tianjin Tinhai of China has been delayed again as approval is still to be received from Chinese authorities, although it has received the approval of US authorities. The final date of the deal has been extended from 13th November to 15th December.
