Marseille has a new mCable HDMI cable that has a custom anti-aliasing filter based on a DSP chip that is claimed to reduce jaggies without adding blur at frame rates up to 120fps in FullHD and with lag of less than 1ms. The cable costs $140.
Analyst Comment
The cable was tested by a couple of sites (PCPerspective and Linus Tech Tips) who confirmed the effect, which is not suprising. Marseille early on had one of the solutions for FullHD to UltraHD processing and was certified by Technicolor. (Marseille’s Cable Upscales to 4k) (BR)
