Volfoni has been named as the exclusive 3D technology provider for the Kinorinok cinema events in the Russia and Central Asia regions, for 2017 and 2018, the company has announced. Kinorinok is in its 104th year, with this year’s event taking place from November 27th – 30th.
According to the official press release, Volfoni’s 3D hardware systems will be used exclusively to screen all of the studios’ 3D feature film previews and presentations at the events in both the Moscow and Sochi locations. The festivals will use Volfoni’s SmartCrystal NEO and Diamond series, and its passive glasses at both the 2017 and 2018 screenings.
