Vimeo, the online video sharing service, has developed new apps for Apple tvOS, Android TV and Samsung SmartTVs based on HTML5. The new apps include a number of features, including: a ‘curated cinema experience’ of videos, updated daily and chosen by Vimeo’s in-house editorial team; auto-play functionality; and a customised video feed that contains the people, categories and channels that a user follows.
