The Ukraine National Council has announced it will delay its forthcoming digital TV switch-over, due to commence at the end of last year, until the second quarter of 2019, after the three-stage plan’s government approval was delayed. As a result, the time frame for the switch-over has been adjusted. However, in its statement, the National Council pointed out that the plans still have not been approved by the Ukrainian government.
