TiVo has announced that it has entered into a multi-year license agreement covering the consumer electronics brands of the Fnac Darty Group, a European retailer of entertainment and leisure products, consumer electronics and household appliances.
The new IP license enables Fnac Darty to implement TiVo technologies into its own branded STBs and TV products.
