Innolux Secures Loans to Repay Debts

Innolux has secured a syndicated loan for approximately NT$60-70 billion ($1.9-2.2 billion) from credit banks, which the company will use to repay debts. Innolux had originally planned to offer new shares worth NT$9.3 billion ($295 million) in the form of global depositary receipts but has now cancelled the offering.
