France Extends Use of 700MHz Spectrum
French regulator the CSA has approved the continued use of certain frequencies in the 700MHz spectrum, for a further six months. The frequencies will be in use at three transmission sites by rail operator SNCF.
UltraHD Comes to BitTorrent
BitTorrent ‘Bundle’ subscribers can now access UltraHD programming from film studio Mance Media. Four 90-minute programmes, shot in native UltraHD, are available for $5 – $6 each.
