The UK’s Audio Visual Material (AVM) has signed a new distribution agreement with Toshiba which will see the company offer Toshiba’s FullHD large format displays in the UK. The range includes the TD-E, TD-Z and TD-X series, spanning sizes from 55″ to 70″.

AU Optronics Corp. (AUO) posted a net profit in the first quarter of the year of NT$5.3 billion ($173 million), a significant improvement on Q1 2014 when the company’s net profit was NT$166 million ($5.4 million).
