Q1’17 Target for CSOT Production

Work on CSOT’s new G6 facilities in Wuhan, China, is proceeding ahead of schedule, say sources in Asia. The company believes that mass-production will begin in Q1’17. The line will produce small-to-medium-size high-end LTPS panels, with an initial monthly capacity of about 30,000 substrates.

Samsung to Ramp OLED Production
