UK distributor, Entatech, has reached agreement after a long running dispute with tax authorities related to a previous subsidiary, ChangTel, that went into liquidation. The company has also completed an MBO and has been taken over by display industry veteran, Dave Stevinson, who owns the company via Stevinson Capitol Ltd.
