Mitsubishi has finally settled a US class action over a CRT pricing cartel by agreeing a $33 million agreement with indirect buyers of the CRTs, after agreeing a deal with direct buyers for $75 million last year.
The deal brings the payments in litigation over the cartel to $820 million according to Law360.
