JMGO Unveils N1 Series with Triple Color Laser Technology

Smart projector manufacturer, JMGO, has launched the N1 Series projectors. The series, which includes the N1 Ultra, N1 Pro, and N1 models, boasts advanced triple color laser technology.

The projectors incorporate MALC (microstructure adaptive laser control) triple color laser optics, a technology two years in development. This laser technology has been well-adopted in premium theaters and is highly valued for its brightness, contrast, and color gamut that surpasses LED models. It produces an expansive color gamut at 110% BT.2020 with a high degree of accuracy, outperforming many LED models in brightness, contrast, and color coverage, according to JMGO.

JMGO is full of naming conventions and acronyms; in partnership with Nichia, JMGO has developed something it calls modularized laser stacking technology, to improve optical efficiency and reducing size and production costs. This collaboration led to a significant increase in optical efficiency (10-15%), a reduction in size (40%), and a decrease in production costs (30%). This development has enabled the integration of the laser engine into a more compact case

To counteract laser speckles common in triple color laser projectors, JMGO has engineered what it calls, amusingly enough, dynamic light speckle reducer technology. It uses a diffuser’s random and frequent vibration to counteract the interference between the different color beams, thereby reducing the laser speckles by over 96%.

The N1 Series projectors also feature an integrated gimbal stand design for easy adjustability and portability. Users can adjust the projection angle without additional support, making setup as simple as pointing the lens at the projection surface. As the angle changes, the Instant Gimbal-like Display Correction feature ensures a sharp and focused image.
