Business operations at Eyevis are now stable, five weeks after the company commenced insolvency proceedings, according to Invidis. (Eyevis Hits the Buffers – Files for Bankruptcy)
Schultze & Braun’s Holger Leichtle, the company’s provisional insolvency administrator, is reported to have said:
“In discussions with our financiers, we have been able to conclude an agreement that fully finances business operations. Eyevis is able to execute all existing orders and accept new ones. The further supply of Eyevis’ business partners is also ensured, so that all the delivery goals we have promised can be met. All employees show full commitment and our customers have not withdrawn orders. On the contrary, existing orders have been confirmed and new orders are being placed”.
Eyevis will appear at this year’s ISE trade show in Amsterdam as planned.
