DirecTV Now Details Leaked

AT&T is expected to announce details of its new OTT DirecTV Now service next week. Reports suggest that the service will offer around 100 channels at a starting price of $35 per month. The company is reported to have done deals with major US networks, including NBC and ABC, and have a VOD catalogue of 14,000 titles. ESPN is, apparently, not included. There will be a catch-up service. Supported tablets are said to be Amazon’s Fire TV box, Apple TV 4, Google Cast-based platforms, web browsers, Android and iOS smartphones and tablets. Later, support will be added for the Amazon Fire TV Stick and Chromecast.
