Deutsche Telekom has launched its first Ultra HD set-top-box in Germany, powered by the Zenterio operating system.
The Entertain TV STB offers Ultra HD content via live IPTV, video-on-demand, Netflix, Youtube and other third-party apps. The device also features advanced bandwidth and resource management, parental controls, companion device interactivity, and data collection and monitoring capabilities.
Entertain TV is the second set-top-box released by Deutsche Telekom to use Zenterio OS, in a bid to consolidate the software used across the platform in all its countries of operation—Germany, Hungary, Greece, Romania, and Croatia.
