Crestron has launched a range of room booking systems that can connect to corporate scheduling systems such as Exchange, IBM Notes and Google Calendar and include touch displays with 7″ diagonal. There are also LED indicators (buttons or light bars) to indicate if rooms are being used, so that they can be viewed from a distance. Users close to the display can scroll through a calendar to check for meetings or open times.
