Smartkem, a UK-based developer of organic backplanes for flexible displays, has signed an agreement with the Centre for Process Innovation, to support customers’ prototype developments using Smartkem’s ‘Tru-Flex’ products. The agreement will last for three years.
Smartkem opened a new OTFT fabrication facility in Manchester at the end of 2014, helping its partners to co-develop products for the display and sensor industries (SmartKem Doubles in Size).
