Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Inc. (CCO) has reported its fourth quarter and full year results. The company posted a net profit in Q4 of $43.3 million on turnover of $802 million, which compares with a net profit in Q4 of the previous year of $12.7 million on turnover of $806 million. For the year, CCO narrowed its net loss to $9.6 million from $48.4 million a year earlier, while turnover was broadly flat at $2.9 billion. The company said that its Americas outdoors business saw revenue drop $34 million, or 3% compared to 2013, while International outdoor revenue increased $72 million, or 4%.
