Cambrios Updates on Silver Nanowires

Sri Peruvembra of Cambrios (he is marketing for them one day a week, while also running a consulting business now) introduced silver nanowire technology from Cambrios. As we have reported, metal mesh technologies were introduced last year and grew, but Peruvembra said that problems with moiré had meant that the technology has lost some momentum, but that silver nanowires, and especially Cambrios, has been able to pick up a lot of that business and its relative ease of patterning and low resistance is doing well. As we reported from the TGM conference last week, Peruvembra sees Silver Nanowire as the key technology for flexible touch displays in the future.
