Vizio Hit with Class Action over Energy

Following the recent report on TV makers manipulating energy levels of their TVs (LG & Samsung Accused of Gaming Energy Tests), a consumer in Pennsylvania has filed a class action suit against Vizio that claims that the company made false claims about their TVs.
