Vestel Uses Quantenna for Wi-Fi

Quantenna of the UK said that it has done a deal with Vestel for the Turkish TV maker to include Quantenna’s QSR1000 chipset to support 802.11ac Wi-Fi in some sets in 32″, 40″ and 48″. TVs using the chip are expected to ship from December. Vestel’s Hakan Kutlu said that consumers now want video anywhere and that the Quantenna technology would support this.
