TiVo has named Enrique Rodriguez as its new president and CEO.
Rodriguez worked for Thomson/RCA in various engineering and executive positions over a 20-year term. He later served as VP of Xbox Partnerships for Microsoft, and executive positions within Sirius XM, Cisco Systems’ Service Provider Video Technology Group and Microsoft’s TV Division.
Most recently, he was executive VP and CTO of AT&T’s Entertainment Group.
Rodriguez takes over from Thomas Carson, who announced his retirement earlier this year. Carson will stay on in an advisory capacity to ensure a proper handover to the new CEO.
