Earlier this year, Oculus said that it didn’t think that ‘roomscale tracking’ was needed for VR (Oculus VR: Roomscale Tracking is ‘Not Necessary’), but has now said that the system can offer roomscale tracking if a third sensor is added (one comes with the Rift and a second one with the Touch controllers). To allow developers to do this, the company is now selling additional single sensors for $79.

Although reports said that the individual Touch controller is available now, we couldn’t see it on the Oculus site (but we didn’t look for long!) (BR)
