Realtek Semiconductor posted Q3 pre-tax profits of NT$813 million ($25.8 million), down 27% from the same period last time, on operating turnover of NT$10.3 billion ($326.3 million), up from NT$7.9 billion ($251.1 million). For the nine months, pre-tax profits were up 40% to NT$2.6 billion ($81.4 million) on operating revenue of NT$29.1 billion ($924.0 million), an increase from NT$22.5 billion ($714.3 million). The company said that Q3 pre-tax profits were reduced due to a NT$161 million ($5.1 million) loss in non-operating income.
