Intrinsyc Technologies and Stream TV Networks have amended their previously-signed supply agreement. Stream TV had agreed a purchase amount of products, services and royalties from Intrinsyc (which supplies solutions for the development of embedded and Internet of Things devices) to the value of $3 million, on or before the 31st March 2016 The new agreement increases that to $4.5 million. Stream TV had met the previous obligation in order commitments.
In addition, the secured convertible promissory note has been amended to remove the conversion feature, and to extend the maturity date from 31st December 2015 to 30th June 2016.
