Sony has announced its XE70 UltraHD HDR TV series set in 43″, 49″, 55″ and 65″. The sets have DVB/T2 and DVB/C tuners, but no DVB/S. There are three HDMI ports and the sets run Linux. Media can be played back via USB and the USB also supports USB keys used for recording of video.
Sony highlighted the narrow frame and cable management that goes through the stand to reduce visual clutter. The new series will be available from July.
