Russia is to spend RUB10 million ($162,500) to set up a DVB-T2 network in Crimea, which it annexed from Ukraine last year. According to TV-Digest, the Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network (RTRS) has announced a tender for the Crimean Federal District and city of Sevastopol.
