Russia’s Television and Radio Broadcasting Network (RTRS) has completed its DVB-T2 transition, which it began in March 2012. RTRS added that the main DTT multiplex it runs reaches 85.3% of Russia’s population (121.8 million people), and the smaller one 48.1% (68.6 million).
