Showing how the same thing can mean different things to different people, the Reverse Logisitics Association in the US has pointed out at its national conference that the increasing behaviour of consumers in buying on-line and then sending products back at three or four times the rates of traditional retailers is a growing market for companies that can support that kind of service. The trend may also lead to a need for more warehouse space. Estimates were made that the demand is rising by 15% per year.
