Peraso Technologies has developed the W110 WiGig chipset, which is now in mass production. Targeting WiGig applications, the chipset includes the PRS1125 direct conversion 60 GHz RFIC and the PRS4001 baseband IC, to implement functionality in the next-gen 802.11ad wireless standard. Featuring a USB 3.0 interface, the W110 is suited for use in adapters and peripherals including wireless 4K displays. Peraso will show the chipset at CES in January (Westgate Hotel).
