Vizio Considering IPO

Vizio is considering an initial public offering and has asked a number of banks to submit proposals for the deal, which could take place later this year. According to reports, as Vizio has revenue of more than $1 billion, it is precluded from filing confidentially under the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act.
