KOE Modules Share Brightness

KOE Europe, working with Japan Display, has developed three new industrial TFT-LCD display modules. These 7″, 8″ and 10.4″ units feature high brightness (1,500 cd/m²) and an anti-glare coating. LG Agrees OLED TV Promotion Deal With Google

Lightspeed Renews LC-Tec Agreement

Lightspeed Design has renewed its multi-year agreement with LC-Tec Displays. The agreement states that LC-Tec’s Polarspeed technology will continue to be used exclusively in DepthQ 3D passive polarisation products for digital cinema, manufactured by Lightspeed.

Sony Selects Quantel for 8k Post-Production

Five Distributors Fined for Illegal Cartel

Five Slovakian distributors have been fined €4.28 million for taking part in an illegal cartel. Medion Reaches Online Retailers

Germany’s Medion (owned by Lenovo) has said that it wants to extend distribution of its smartphone line, with online retailers such as Amazon and Cyberport. Retailers can now take and sell smartphones from the D- and P-series. Models from the X-series will be added in Q4’15.
