Nanoco Extends QD Beyond Displays

Nanoco Group has announced plans to form a new division dedicated to furthering cadmium-free quantum dot (CFQD) technology within the lighting industry. The new division is part of the company’s business expansion strategy to accelerate commercialisation and further development in its four key target markets of electronic display, LED lighting, biological imaging and solar power.

US FDA Delays Menu Labels

The US FDA has agreed to give restaurants an extra year to comply with regulations requiring the labelling of menus with calorie counts.
